Mediation / Conciliation

Mediation/Conciliation is free for consumers and approved by CTSI.

For traders, it is provided as part of the benefits package of subscriber association members.

Arbitration

Where the case is to be considered by the arbitration panel under the Arbitration Act, a nominal registration fee is required from both parties in accordance with the size of the claim, as detailed below.

The arbitration panel has the right to award costs against either side
