Mediation/Conciliation is free for consumers.
For traders, it is provided as part of the benefits package of subscriber association members.
Arbitration
Where the case is to be considered by the arbitration panel, a nominal registration fee is required from both parties in accordance with the size of the claim:

The arbitration panel has the right to award costs against either side.
